303 is a free cutting stainless steel containing sulfur and selenium, respectively. Stainless steel 303 improves cutting performance and high temperature bonding.

303 stainless steel is austenitic free cutting stainless wear-resistant acid steel. In order to improve the performance of the steel, no more than 0.60% molybdenum can be added to the steel. It has good ablation resistance and good cutting and burning resistance.
Corrosion resistance. Mechanical properties of 303 stainless steel after annealing to remove stress, tensile strength 515MPa, yield 205MPa, elongation 40%.
Standard hardness of stainless steel 303 HRB 90-100, HRC 20-25, note: HRB100 = HRC20
● Heat treatment specification and metallographic structure:
Heat treatment specification: solution 1010 ~ 1150℃ quick cooling.
Metallographic structure: The structure is characterized by austenitic type.
● Delivery state: Generally delivery in heat treatment state, the type of heat treatment is specified in the contract;
If not indicated, delivery shall be made without heat treatment.
